Crayon Resist Water color Cards

Here are few greeting cards made with Crayon resist watercolor technique.

I drew the outline picture with white crayon and colored the  picture white with the crayon itself.

Then I painted the entire card with watercolor.

Now the picture drawn with white crayon pops out so beautifully.

Then, I drew the outline of the picture with a different crayon.

Crayon Resist Water Color Painting

Materials Needed:

White Crayon
Water Colors

Method:

Draw a picture / any text of your choice with white Crayon.
Take the  water color and paint over the crayon drawing.
Now the Crayon sketch gets revealed so beautifully.

We can try with other colored crayons too.
