Spring - Scrapbook Page

I thought of creating a scrapbook page for spring. Here is my first try on making a scrapbook page.

I have used an old directory for creating this.

I started with  applying my home made gesso allover the page and allowed it to dry overnight. Then, I used stencil to paint the blue circles with watercolor.  

I added the sentiment " Welcome Spring ". I made some small flowers from waste snack box cardboard and colored them with markers.

 I added the tulips picture from an old newspaper. I used polypropylene ribbon to add border to the pages. I made some small butterflies and again those butterflies were made from yellow polypropylene ribbon.

 Then I just weaved the ribbon and thought of adding like a wreath.Hope it looks ok....
